The ‘British National Party’ is being taken to court over claims that its membership criteria breach human rights law

The Equality and Human Rights Commission issued county court proceedings against the far-right, fascist BNP leader, Nick Griffin and two other officials on August 24 after voicing concerns in June about party membership criteria.

The party’s ‘constitution’ limits members to people who are “‘indigenous Caucasian’ and defined ‘ethnic groups’ emanating from that race”.

The BNP leadership seems to be living proof of the theory that racist politics only attracts the less intelligent in society… let’s see how this plays out. It has always been my suspicion that Nick Griffin and others in the BNP are MI5 snitches and provocateurs. We shall come back to this sometime in the near future.
